At Incrafts, we carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you safely.

Orders are processed and dispatched within the applicable processing time after confirmation.
Free shipping is available on all orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat ₹99 COD charge will be applicable per order.
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared whenever available.
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, holidays or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please take photos/videos of the package and contact our team immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
